Design for Sustainability: a practical approach for developing economies is a joint publication by the UNEP and Delft University of Technology.
The manual, which is targeted at especially SMEs in emerging and developing countries and can be downloaded for free, is built up around three main parts: What is D4S and why do it?, How to do D4S in practice?, Reference information on D4S.
