OXO Buys Vessel Lighting Products

Helen of Troy Limited's OXO subsidiary has acquired the IP rights to Vessel Inc.'s rechargeable lighting products--including their popular Candela and Candeloo lines. They'll be branded with the omnipresent OXO (natch), but will still be "Designed by Vessel". Already ergonomic and universal in design, these products should make for a hand-in-glove marriage. (Now, if they can only wire up those floor-to-ceiling B-to-the-3 pegboards with a field of induction chargers!)
