
Only eight days remain to nominate a program and/or organization for the 2006 Privacy Innovation awards. The competition is sponsored by Hewlett Packard. In other news, last week HP announced the resignation of chairwoman Patricia C. Dunn. In addition to Ms. Dunn, long-time board member George A. Keyworth has resigned. According to the NY Times "Mr. Keyworth had been identified last spring as a source of news leaks in an investigation ordered by Ms. Dunn, which used questionable, and perhaps illegal, subterfuge to obtain phone records of directors and journalists."
