Thank you lunchbreath.
The only thing that's missing is the multi-colored Post-Its, the more you use, the better the idea.
Oh god yes. Where are the little screen beans pointing at words?
Brutal, but with some big, lumpy grains of truth.
Brainkrumping = the most genius thing I've seen this week.
How about a bubble that says, "correct spelling is for left-brianers!"
This is great. You got all the details right.
Okay. I'll take the bait. This send-up of mind mapping might have made sense about, oh, twenty years ago. I wonder where you've been lately. While there were, are and always will be hard-core kool-aid drinkers for any methodology, software has changed the way mapping is done. Sit in a conference room with a bunch of people and create, in real time, a map the brainstorming that goes on. Then, at the end of the meeting, assign someone to develop each of the promising ideas that have emerged. Give them a time line and links to the information they need. Use that map to manage the next meeting, and you will see your team's thinking and productivity increase. Mapping was quirky and cute. Now it's a critical business tool used by millions around the world. Welcome to the 21st century.
Oh yeah! The real nitty gritty of how we do it. Mapping the process to monetize the path. YAY. Job well done. Brutally hilarious, this is.
hobie swan, i'm putting you in charge of "serious cartoons".
