Geoff is a freelance writer, curator and the author of BLDGBLOG, where he publishes widely on questions of landscape, architecture and technology. He is also the author of "The BLDGBLOG Book," "Landscape Futures" and a forthcoming study of the relationship between burglary and the built environment.

Local Projects // Principal and Founder
Jake is the principal and founder of Local Projects, a group that's creating the media design for the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum with Diller Scofidio + Renfro and the Frank Gehry-designed Eisenhower Presidential Memorial.

Front Studio // Founding Principal
Fluent in French and Vietnamese, Yen is a LEED accredited professional and a licensed architect whose recent work has been featured in Interior Design, Icon Magazine, Wallpaper, and The New York Times. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the New School of Architecture and Design in San Diego, CA.
» Hayley Eber
Co-Founder of EFGH and Adjunct Professor at The Cooper Union
Hayley joined Diller Scofidio + Renfro in 2002, where her experience has ranged from temporary installation and media work, performance, architectural competitions and large-scale urban projects. Prior to joining DS+R, she worked at Eisenman Architects on the Arizona Cardinals Stadium and the Holocaust Memorial in Berlin, and at Wiel Arets Architects in Maastricht on the Utrecht University Library.
» Michi Yanagishita
Front Studio // Principal
A native-born Japanese speaker, Michi is a licensed architect. Her work on the Harlem Townhouse was featured in The New York Times Real Estate section; in addition she has been published in AIT, Arch+ and AD Magazine.

Designer, Typographer, Writer and Illustrator
Marian began working as a book typesetter in 1984 and opened her own design firm in 1994. In 2008, she was accepted as a member of the Alliance Graphique Internationale (AGI). Her work has been published in Wallpaper, Creative Review, Azure, Communication Arts, Print, Design Indaba and étapes, among others.
» Dr. Shelley Gruendler
Type Camp // Founder and Typographer, Designer and Educator
Dr. Gruendler has presented at TypoBerlin, ATypI, TypeCon and How. She has published articles in Communication Arts, How, Slanted and Step and has judged international typography for Communication Arts and Canadian book design for the Alcuin Society.

Vancouver Review Media // Photographer and Editor
Mark spent much of the last 20 years providing cultural, entertainment and editorial photography for a variety of Canadian and international magazines. He has received numerous regional and national awards and nominations for his editorial photography.

Paul dedicated the first stage of his career as a Creative Director and journalist for numerous magazines in Canada and the U.S., such as Garden Design, Saveur and most notably for InStyle magazine. His work has been widely recognized by international award-granting institutions, including the Society of Publication Designers and the National Magazine Awards.

Danish Design Centre // CEO
Nille is the recipient of Eckersberg Medal for his work on the Copenhagen Metro, Kasper Salin Prize 2011 for Trianglen Station in Malmo, Nordic Lyspris 2004 for the light in the Metro. His work has been been widely published in architectural and design magazines, feature programs on radio and television, both nationally and internationally.

Anand has previously worked with Sony, LEGO and IDEO. Today, he is Managing Director of Stoic, where he leads the ongoing refinement of the firm's powerful marketing approach by leveraging his consumer marketing experience from Sony and Lego and his user driven innovation experience from IDEO.

The Social Business Company // Special Advisor and Managing Director
Tania is a Danish-British prize-winning author, speaker and business innovator, specializing in social business trends and strategies. In 2010, her internationally acclaimed book "The New Pioneers" was listed on Cambridge's Top 40 Sustainability Books. In 2014, she received the prestigious Indian Women Leadership Excellence Award.
» Vinay Venkatraman
Leapcraft // Founding Partner
Vinay currently spends his time between creating new education curriculums, shaping policy initiatives for the Danish government and consulting large global businesses on innovation. He has worked with companies like Nokia, Intel, Novo Nordisk, Maersk line, Lufthansa Technik and Philips lighting.

President and Co-Founder of Doblin Inc.
Larry is a strategist who has worked over three decades to develop more effective innovation methods. Since 1979, he has worked with many global companies on innovation effectiveness, among them Apple, Coca-Cola, Ford, Mars, Sony and Zurich Financial Services.

With more than 25 years of experience as a corporate innovator, Jeff has played key strategic roles for companies, most recently serving as a founder and managing director of Citigroup's global Growth Ventures & Innovation unit. He was head of global innovation at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, has founded four start-ups and worked as a corporate consultant, including serving as a senior advisor with the Monitor Group.

Ayah's career and education have centered on advancing open-source hardware to make education and innovation more accessible to people around the world. She is a co-founder of the Open Hardware Summit, an alumna of the MIT Media Lab and a TED Senior Fellow (her TED talk "building blocks that blink, beep and teach" has over 700k views).

Adafruit // Founder and Superstar Hacker
Limor's goal for Adafruit was to create the best place online for learning electronics and making the most well-designed products for makers of all ages and skill levels. She was the first female engineer on the cover of WIRED magazine, an EFF Pioneer Award recipient and was recently awarded Entrepreneur magazine's Entrepreneur of the year.
