The 2006 IDSA National Conference kicked off last night with a bang. You can tell we are in Texas from the mechanical bull and giant foam cowboy hat in the gallery. Although robotic bulls and designers generally do not mix, there were only a few minor injuries. After some opening remarks and reception at the hotel, a crowd of revellers closed out the evening at Club de Ville.
