Where we are it is cold and snowy on this New Year's Eve. So what better way to spend it than by throwing your hat into the ring for the second round of the Nvidia State of the Art competition! The challenge this time is to play with scale and unexpected proportions, illustrating your vision as an image or a video. Remember those shots of your head on Mt. Rushmore?
