This year the UK's EPDE (Engineering and Product Design Education) conference will be held on September 13th and 14th at Northumbria University.

The conference will provide a forum for educators and researchers from product development, engineering and industrial design, together with industry and government representatives to discuss current educational issues and the nature of design education in the future.

Registration details are here. The theme for this year is "Shaping the Future?", and no, we're not sure why there's a question mark at the end of it.
