The primary duties and responsibilities for this position are innovation, positive thinking, expansion, and academic leadership in order to select, train, develop, manage, and lead faculty and staff team members according to the guidelines provided by the Institution. Day-to-day operations, assisting students toward successful program completion and staffing the classroom with instructors who support the mission of the institution, also participate in activities that promote the status of the department and the college and follow the mandates set by the institute.
