The Lead Level Designer will work closely with various level designers, research professionals, technology experts, strategist, program managers and the business development team, to both create and oversee the design, look and feel, and user experience of various web-based and desktop applications. Candidate must have the ability to guide and oversee fellow team members. Candidate is expected to develop a deep understanding of every client’s target audiences, their users’ behaviors, needs and expectations and confidently incorporate them into a comprehensive solution.
