A little navel-gazing revealed this job posting at sister-site coroflot.com:
Host One must have an engineering degree, or basic engineering education, Also Host One must have a natural and spontaneous nature, and be comfortable in a learning/teaching environment with teens, as well as in front of a camera.
Host Two should have art/design skills and a great personality for television. Host two will work with our engineer on key engineering challenges and provide a more lay person's view to the content.
