Under Armour is searching for a Director of Creative Services for Ecommerce who will build and lead a service organization that delivers a consistently high quality creative product across all mediums (Web, Print, Social, Mobile, Tablet, E-mail, etc.). The ideal candidate will inspire and coach the team in the creation of break through shopping experiences and will put mechanisms in place to ensure every consumer contact is authentic, credible and compelling utilizing proven Direct To Consumer techniques to drive conversion. My brother use to work for UA in Delaware. He loved his job and if he didn't have to move he would still be there. I'm not too far away from Baltimore but growing up in Maryland there hasn't been many big companies in this state. It's nice to see UA out of Baltimore and there uniform design of U of MD are great!
