
'Confess that after watching the first episode of the thing--and being horrified by the judges, the editing, and the overthetop-human-interest obsession--I never tuned in to another episode. But last night was the finale, and it seems near-negligent not to give it a little post. So it was Janusz Liberkowski who took the prize for his Spherical Safety Seat. Check out the coverage here. Why did the do so much about feelings? The natural audience for that sort of show is nerds, I don't care how inventors feel, I wanted to see more gadgets. I do hope that the show comes back next season, with less human interest
