Getting us one step closer to a wireless future, Wacom are introducing a wireless tablet, the Intuos4 in a couple weeks. Perhaps not as exciting as the other recent tablet launch, but great for designers fighting the war on clutter. The 8 x 5-inch tablet charges over USB, and using Bluetooth technology lets you move up to 33 feet (10 meters) from your computer. Retailing for $399 US, it could be one more reason to justify the home theater projector you really want!

I'v had Wacom Graphire bluetooth for over two years now. Wonderfull device! Can't beleive they just decided to make the intuos wireless now
For the past year I have had a cintiq 21ux and if you have ever used this you have undoubtedly noticed the massive wire protruding from the back. From Constant Spinning and Tilting the wire connection has become all distorted and now I can only use the monitor without moving it (otherwise ride lines show up all over the screen) making it completely dysfunctional. This product would be perfect if it were wireless, but I am sure the amount of power required makes this difficult. Now if Apple could just please make a macbook tablet simply buying a wacom could be avoided.
just praying for the day when Wacom makes the tablet left handed.
I have a intuos 2, it is not fun dealing with the usb cord. Wireless will be great for traveling, I can be designing when I am on the train or any caffe. Something I was waiting for WACOM!!!
@Apaque, theres always the modbook, a cintiq display mounted to a macbook.
@joebrown, I thought the new intuos design was made to be ambidextrous, don't you just spin it around to use it for left handed drawing?
