Holland's Drybike Nederland makes a hands-free umbrella mount for your bicycle. Looks like it will work perfectly fine if you are moving extremely slowly and the rain is falling straight down. Can a hands-free, face-level cell phone mount be far behind?

what happens when you go fast in your bike? Wouldn't it destroy your umbrella?
it's already been used in parts of China for year~~
i should say it's a good design
Chinese people will love it in summertime as a great sunblock, when the sun is hitting people's faces.
But during rain-times, nothing is really better than the traditional 予以.

I saw similar mounts in Japan, and sure they have their limitations, but in places where cycling is popular with "regular" people (i.e. not just with the lycra crowd), these kind of mounts are common.
