We recently told you how to make a DIY garbage bag dispenser out of a bottle. Now we present an alternative platform: the instant rice carton. In what is shaping up to be a battle that will push Blu-Ray vs. HD to the bowels of Digg, these two solutions remind us about the tyranny of path dependence. Ting Weng, CCA design student and (instant) rice box (we do suspect this would probably work with any carton; although caution is encouraged since we have not tested this) innovator draws inspiration from the key words Tissue Paper.
