Don't be fooled by the name-- no bong-smoking alien posters here. Charlie Davidson's Black Light is reminiscent of a dark, ominous cloud that emits jagged shards of magma-colored light. The black crumpled-foil structure houses a 150W bulb that shines through colored gels situated on the inside of the form. A group of Black Lights were the focal point of Designers Block : Frankfurt last week, illuminating the main corridor.
