OSPOP who introduced us to the Tian Lang canvas trainers, the choice of footwear for millions of Chinese miners, farmers, construction and factory workers for decades have released the Skywolf series. Slightly re-engineered, they thankfully took the initiative to increase the comfort and quality of the shoe while maintaining the iconic colors and design.
For those skeptical about cultural appropriation, OSPOP works closely with the Tian Lang factory and a percentage of every pair sold is contributed towards a scholarship for high school students who lack the funds to begin their first year of college.

Are you freakin kidding me? Yes, these are awesome. But anyone who has been to China will immediately call "bullshit" to that $75 price tag. I bet these cost no more than $5 to make. Probably more like $2.
I don't think the Chinese workers spend 1/2 years salary for these. Lower the price to like $10 and you have something.
Actually I taught English in China a few years ago and had a pair of the original, cheaper versions. When I heard about ospop, I bought a pair and was really interested to see if there was a big difference. Everything from the quality of the canvas and rubber to the insole was completely improved. Definitely worth it for a great everyday walking shoe.
