I like the Visa card concepts - they realize that the card isn't the be-all or end-all. One integrates with cash and the other seems to me a multi-card-in-one solution. I think those are very interesting concepts.
The middle one is perhaps one of worst, most mindless concepts I've ever seen. What kind of user interaction can you accomplish when your thumb has the motility of a hammer. How do you click anything?? It's a marketing manager's dream - but purely unmanagable...
