It looks ugly. Like a rash or a disease.
If that looks like a "disease" to you... then you are an absolute idiot. I don't know a single rash or medical ailment that looks like a connect the dots. If you have one... i suggest you consult a medical professional immediately.
Nup, it looks like a rash from a distance.
I admire the creativity and novelty of the idea, but 'looking at the big picture' I don't think it works very well. This was posted a year ago; it would be interesting to see if the lady regrets it or is pleased with the outcome and attention it receives.
