The David Report is a trend newsletter produced by Sweden's David Design. In the current issue they examine 'Design in the Future' and ask eight superstars (Eero Koivisto, Karim Rashid, Ilkka Suppanen, Tim Power, Oki Sato, Konstantin Grcic, Satyendra Pakhale and Stephen Burks) to write short pieces on what this concept means to them. Overall the theme is optimistic, humanistic and inclusive. It is interesting reading, and makes me wonder what the non-superstars of the design world might say if they were asked the same question. Also, it wouldn't hurt to ask a woman or two!
