The European firm ExtendoShop's refreshingly different take on furniture turns your dwelling into a mini-Manhattan; under the Extendo system, books and your possessions are no longer things to be tucked away in cabinets, but part of the structure in their own right. The system probably won't work for everyone--like if you live in a high-dust environment, for instance--but we find their "new functional interpretations" a breath of fresh air.
