Let's face it--how long can you really hold out in that two-bedroom railroad off of Bedford? Dip into the trust fund and move into an I.M.-Pei-designed house, one of only three that we know about, and the only one currently on the market. The Slayton House in Washington D.C. ain't cheap, but it's a heckuva lot homier than the pyramid at the Louvre, or that Billyburg rat-trap your parents refuse to visit.

The Answer:
just one more year.....
Nice digs. I've never been a huge fan of I.M. Pei -- his buildings always seem a little bleak and imposing, but this definitely feels like it's on a more human scale.
