Here's another cool design from Kata Bags. Last week we showed you one of their photo bags, but this one is meant to carry your laptop and other gewgaws in addition to an SLR. The slim-profile Sensitivity V laptop backpack incorporates a spandex-like Elasto-Guard material that conforms to your body, while stiffening "Flexi-Shield" ridges provide the structure and protection to keep your gear safe. In addition:
Two frontal U-shaped flaps access top and bottom compartments separately, and each functions as a flexible pocket in its own right. The main compartment is divided in two with a zippered division that can be undone to create one large space. The top section comprises an internal organizer panel for personal effects, a detachable elongated zip pouch, and a small roaming media pocket.
We like that the design is highly functional and aesthetically different, without the full-on Area 54 look of, say, an Oakley bag. Another plus is the price, currently in the $80 range from a list of Amazon providers.

Yep.. another backpack that we have to use like a frontpack in a train or bus... or we'll arrive much lighter to the end of the journey. How difficult is for a backpack designer to acknowledge that those front flaps, pockets and openings are too easy to open and the interior stolen? Put those flaps and openings in the back of the backpack, damnit!
If you're crowded enough to have people rifling your bag, it's crowded enough so you can take off your damn backpack and stop hitting me in the head with it.
That's why it has a handle on the top. So it can go, you know, in your hand. That you use to grab the handle. On top of the bag. So you stop hitting people inadvertently with your stupid backpack.
Haha I love this bag, but ya it might provoke a thief behind you. O well at least you look good with a laptop backpack!
