Design concepts come, and most of the time, quietly go. It's been more than three years since we showed you San-Francisco-based John Van Den Nieuwenhuizen's Hidden Radio concept, and two years earlier than that is when he first conceived of the idea; but while we were worried this one had gone off into the ether, during those years a little something called Kickstarter came along, and Van Den Nieuwenhuizen's recently jumped on board:

Having already dropped $50,000 into the project, Van Den Nieuwenhuizen's now seeking the 125 large for the injection molding tools, among other costs, and at press time he was 80% of the way there. Here's to hoping the Hidden Radio doesn't stay hidden much longer.
