Nokia is displaying a concept for a nanotechnology-based phone, dubbed the Morph, at MoMA's "Design and the Elastic Mind" exhibit. The highly flexible Morph could be used flat or bent around your wrist; other nanotouches mean the phone would be stretchable and self-cleaning. The technologies are still at least "seven years" away from production, but would-be early adopters can check out the details here.
