That there is the Antelope car by Marcel Wanders. Since it's from 2004, I guess we now know where the "design inspiration" for the last-gen iPod nano, not to mention the Apple remote, came from.

The iPod Mini had the same design as the 2nd-gen nano. And the Mini came out in January 2004, so this likely copied that.
i'm sure you're ironic ...
or never heard anything about braun and dieter rams?
i would be shocked if there would be anything of wanders in apple's design office ...
also braun is existing a little bit longer then 2004 ... and for sure they were doing more innovative things then marcel wanders.
