We've all seen the video clip of Marilyn Monroe's skirt getting blown upwards as she stands over a subway grate. A clever, unknown Manhattan artist is using that Seven Year Itch "technology" to bring animals to life--he/she fashions them out of plastic bags, then ties them to subway grates. As the trains pass beneath, the animal animates. If only we had a video....
