It's always tempting to buy a new product--a bigger Wacom tablet, a better flatscreen monitor, a larger megapixel camera--in hopes that it will make our creative work better. But it's sobering to remember that Da Vinci could scrawl out masterpieces with a slate and a rock.
Advertising photographer Nick Turpin has put aside his expensive camera rigs and is shooting Samsung's new digital photography campaign with nothing but a cell phone. He's in the midst of a 28-day shoot using only the Samsung Pixon, and viewers can click onto the attendant website, The Photographic Adventures of Nick Turpin, to decide where he goes and what he shoots, next. See video below for more details.
