Newsworthy is the name Weitzner Limited's rather amazing wallcovering made from, you guessed it, recycled newspapers.
Using an age-old technology of upcycling old newspapers, 100% real newsprint strips are handwoven on a loom and then paperbacked to make Newsworthy suitable for the wall.

Maintenance-wise it can be vacuumed off for cleaning, but like real newspapers, it's not guaranteed against fading; being constantly exposed to sunlight might cause it to yellow. But either way it's a damn sight prettier than the average New Yorker's newspaper decorating solution: We typically just crumple up the sheets and use them to adorn our streets.

I LOVE it.
wow...very innovative idea
I agree this is an innovative idea, but I am curious to know what the average lifespan of the product once up would be (thinking about normal wear and tear) and, how difficult would it be to take down?
Taking down wallpaper is a pretty big chore in and of itself, taking down wallpaper of loomed strips of newspaper might be a nightmare.
Do you have any information regarding this, before I begin to recommend?
