Referencing the classic, Rod Graves's Interactive 3D calendar provides a nice alternative to all those Moleskin hipsters out there. (From the site, and this is good: "Careful attention was paid to the 'access hierarchy': the day of the month is the first text seen as the cards are spun, and then the month, the day of the week, and finally the user's notes for each day itself.")

I love Moleskines as much as the next hipster: http://rodgraves.com/moleskine/ (a writing template based on a medieval scribal template)
How is this an alternative to something patently effective like a moleskine? Explain to us, if you will, how this might fit in one's back pocket as easily as a Moleskine? Unfortunately for those of us beyond cool, 'hipsters' often time choose wisely.
It wasnt intended as a moleskine alternative - its meant for use at a desk.
