At the high end of the automotive design spectrum is aftermarket tuner SLS AMG's gullwing Mercedes, which has just racked up its fourth design award: An iF Product Design Award 2010, coming on the heels of its Golden Steering Wheel 2009, Auto Trophy 2009 and TOPauto 2010 awards. The design harkens back to the classic 300SL, which ended production in the '50s and has been tagged the "most coveted" of all Mercedes.

thumbs down!
the back end, headlights, air inlets under headlights, rear bumper, and thick doors all need to be redesigned. Someone said it looks like a cheap kit car, I agree.
Thick doors?? Crash test/safety standards have to be met. I'll agree with you on the air inlets under the headlights, those don't really seem to be necessary. As for the back end, I think it's pretty sexy. Over all I like this very much!
