If you're one of those people who suck with stuff like goldfish and plants (suck as in you forget they exist and hence, they die), you no longer have an excuse to shy away, at least from the plants, thanks to David Sweeney, Jeff Virangkabutra, and Michael Korn, who collaboratively designed Water Me When I Tilt. The vase's equilibrium is balanced in such a way that when water evaporates, it will slowly start to tilt downward, reminding you to take 30 seconds out of your day to fill 'er back up.
thanks bob!
