Your thoughts on combining two objects into one

Combining two objects into one cohesive design can either turn out really well, or really badly. If you combined a vacuum cleaner with hair clippers, then you're the hack that came up with the Flowbie; combine an iPod and a phone and you're a genius.

Where do you guys think this one falls? It's a showerhead MP3 player, via Yanko Design. More importantly, what are some of the best/worst combo objects you've ever seen or heard about? Links if you've got 'em!
