Dada Footwear is gearing up to release a "wireless footwear system" that delivers both audio and data--through your sneaks.
...And, of course:
If the Code M Sneakers prove successful, the company plans on expanding their line to a Get-Fit program in which you can receive workout-related data from a personal trainer's voice. It doesn't end there. The shoes may also be designed as a way to forward your phone calls to it. [via engadget->gearlog]

Oh you jaded ID students with your ironic ideas ;} File under "looking for investors", like the keyboard with the oled displays in each of the keys...
Too bad it's not 1982. The styling would have been perfect for Afrika Bambaataa and the Zulu nation. Can Dada come up with something more original than sliver means high-tech? This is an aesthetic that dates back to the streamlining era as a gimmicky way to falsely profess a product's technological superiority. Please. Not to mention the Sony-esque strategy of creating markets of "need" where no need truly existed in the first place. This is a very irresponsible product.
...is calling it "Dada" footwear supposed to be a reference to you-know-who? Or am I just the last person to figure out the punchline?
these shoes are cool.my favorite dada shoes are these and the sprees...
I will soo bet anyone at an estimated price for this shoe..
