Film production company Common Machine doesn't mince its words when it comes to their latest project, for KA-BAR knives: "The company may be more than a century old, but its emerging marketing philosophy is (if you'll forgive the pun) cutting edge: No more old media, just badass branded entertainment for the Web."

Which shouldn't detract from your viewing experience in the least: the sub-2.5-minute short hits that double sweet spot of American manufacturing heritage and superior production value.
If that doesn't make you want a KA-BAR knife, I regret to inform you that you're not a blue-blooded American... perhaps you'd be more interested to see the Australian and European alternatives (for manufacturing videos, not knives... Crocodile Dundee has nothing on us).

I used to be a Cutco salesman in high school; Cutco is Ka-bar's home cutlery division. Sharpest freaking knives ever.
Saw this a few days ago here: http://fuckyeahmadeinusa.tumblr.com/ along with some other great videos.
That's RED-blooded american. The blue-bloods are afraid of knives.
Blue-bloods? Who are blue-bloods? Vampires? The police? Why would a vampire be afraid of a steel knife? I could see maybe silver. But not steel. And for the police, you should familiarize yourself with the saying about bringing a knife to a gun fight. No. The police have little fear of a knife.
A knife is far more dangerous in almost every violent situation except where there is adequate distance for proper engagement with a firearm. Guns are not very dangerous at point blank range, but a skilled fighter will cut you to ribbons!
Great. Thanks. I'll remember that next time hand-to-hand combat threatens.
