newdealdesign, an industrial design and brand development studio based in San Francisco, has developed a line of products for the Memorex "Loft" line that is now available in Target stores. Of particular note is the CD Clock Radio. With its bent aluminum wire base, the clock's thin form is elevated above the surface of the nightstand freeing up precious bedside space. Unlike similar products, with a detachable speaker that can be placed on the opposite side of the bed, this product helps bring peace, democracy and equal snooze control to both sides of the bed.

The Loft CD Clock Radio is available for about $40 at Target stores across the United States.
