Working in collaboration with aerosol technologists, Lionstar Corp Ltd, UK based Rodd Industrial Design has completed the development of an innovative one-piece aerosol spray cap. It has been licensed to leading US & European injection moulding packaging giant, Berry Plastics.

Being a one piece design, the spray cap reduces the cost of manufacture; it also incorporates several patented innovations that directly improve the performance, whilst reducing both Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) and inhaleable particles. The cap is about to go into production and will see it's application in personal care, household and industrial markets.
