JOSH OWEN : big ideas / small packages opens at 222gallery in Philadelphia on April 1, 2004. In this exhibition, industrial and graphic designer Josh Owen will be showing newly designed products in a series of vignettes throughout the gallery. His work has been exhibited in fairs and museums around the world, and he has won numerous awards and accolades. He currently lives and works in Philadelphia, where he also teaches industrial design at Philadelphia Uninversity.

The exhibition in April will include newly designed products displayed in a series of vignettes throughout the gallery. Each vignette is designed and constructed to provoke and enhance the viewer's understanding of the products displayed through the use of quantity, scale and contrast. The products on display will include furniture, lighting and housewares.
