Mike and Maaike is a joint effort between Maaike Evers and Mike Simonian, an exprimental design collaborative based in San Francisco. Their latest project is Veer, a double-cantilevered bamboo mobile. The mobile rotates in an almost impossibly large arc at the slightest air movement. Veer will be on display in San Francisco at Propeller, through April 17.
