Thwart Design is a one year old art and design collective based in Brooklyn. Their projects celebrate raw creativity and concepts over polished production values, providing a cherished outlet for the creative energy that seldom sees the light of day during the 9-5 hours. The group is comfortable across a wide range of mediums including product design, graphics, film and music.

The group is loosely organized, consisting mostly of east coast art and design school graduates, and is intended to be a platform in which artisans from different genres can come together and dabble. The Bacon Bracelet, shown above, is a printed leather strap with a velcro fastening. Their works are availble in limited quantities.
