Form Us With Love is a young, Sweden-based design group offering services in product development as well as pursuing their own unique designs. Group of Trees is a modular sound-absorbing room divider created in collaboration with Swedish manufacturer Lustrum as part of their debut collection for 2005. The individual components are made of injection-molded polyurethane plastic and fit together vertically using a pin locking system with no hardware required. The aluminum bases allow a 360-degree rotation and fit together allowing varied lengths and visibility. The fun geometric tree-like shape, bright colors, and clustered configurations suggest an arborous assembly, hence the name. Group of Trees takes the realm of room dividers to the next level by adding insightful elements to both function and aesthetic.
