The spill-proof cup incorporates an easy to open snack container with a twist-top lid, which children can access themselves while avoiding excess spillage. The beverage compartment uses a design that traps the patented spill-proof valve between the lid and the cup, preventing it from slipping out when the cup is dropped or knocked over. The cup also has a stable, rubberized base that fits into car cup holders and a recessed lid to make room for the child's nose in order to eliminate awkward drinking positions.
