The Versa utilizes blue-tooth technology for the convenience of forgoing a tangle of wires with devices such as cell phones and mp3 players. The carrier piece, worn around the neck, holds a tiny antenna and battery which work with blue-tooth to complete the wireless feature using RF (radio frequency) technology. This piece also holds the earbuds when they are not in use.
