Industrial designer Fred Bould, of Bould Design in Mountain View, California, introduces a clean-lined streaming audio device worthy of minimalist applause (one clap, that is). The Slim Devices Squeezebox Network Music Player delivers your sweet tunes from a PC to anywhere in your home or office. Bould's main goal was to express high fidelity technology on the exterior surface of the device. The Squeezebox is a glossy polished polycarbonate case that frames a wide format digital display with a brushed metal fascia and chrome plated rear stabilizer bar. In respect to its simple design in function and fashion, the Squeezebox is available in either black or white. It measures 7.5" L x 3" W x 3.5" H and is sold both wired ($249) and wireless ($299).
