Strablach, Germany based IMAGO Design has developed the e-P.U.G. mobile video recorder for WISAP, intended for use in the medical field. The e-P.U.G. device is a major breakthrough in today's hospital environment with its high-end gadget look and soft, compact feel, humanizing medical instruments and challenging the overpowering sterility associated with the field. The device's technological capabilities are up to par as well, used primarily in the area of endoscopy in the operating room, day hospitals and private sectors. Several thousand images can be stored on the e-P.U.G. using a Compact Flash card. The solid shell and lack of moving parts makes this mobile video recorder ideal for its intended environment, not to mention adding a splash of functional fashion to lighten the mood a little. They're sticking cameras up people's butts for Pete's sake.
