Personal communication devices are becoming smaller and smaller everyday, and still they manage to be jam packed with more technology than you can shake a stick at. But how will PCDs look in the future? Will they be small enough to fit into the fifth pocket of your Levis?

Propeller Inc., a product development firm from New Jersey, and True Inc., Thailand's leader in telecommunications, have put their heads together to come up with a answer to this question. Their concept for a new communication device, the True Wearable, is a high-tech wrist-watch that would include video chat capabilities, GPS locator, an internet browser, and enhanced gaming systems --perfect for teens who are in constant need to know "where ya at", and whose penchant for portable gaming systems is insatiable. As of yet, technology cannot accommodate such a compact size, but True and Propeller are giving us a glimpse into the future. Once these products roll out, keeping connected will be as easy as a flick of the wrist.
