Description of Design

The idea behind the Picbook is to create a device, which stores digital and audio information in a visible and more tangible format. One individual memory chip holds up to 512MB of digital images. By connecting the single units to each other the capacity is expandable as needed. The clear chips are becoming visible folders of music or pictures, which can be simply stored, expanded, shared and exchanged with others.
