The main source of emotional tensity and stresses is complexity of
human relations. Arguing with each other vehemently can put somebody out of
action for a long time, account for consequent problems and even cause
illness. Psychologists recommend being emotionally prepared for talks with
<difficult> person if you are beware of his/her potential emotional threat.
Among the most effective means it is suggested to imagine your partner
acting like a frivolous personage, for instance a cartoon character. It is a
good but frequently hard-hitting method. The person capable of imagine his
"threatening" partner in a form of amusing character, most likely has a
stable mentality and doesn't need a protection. Those people who experience
difficulties with that need help of special device that presents a
modification of hearing-aid (an entotic use apparatus - imperceptible for
others). This device must raise one's pitch of tone pretending everybody
around "starts talking the Mickey Mouse voice". Yelling, threatening, using
of abuse language with this voice will not drive you crazy and allow you
fitting rebuff to your vis-a-vis.
