What is it?
Office Sleeping Cushion

What makes this design different or better?
The patented office cushion which was developed as a pneumatic structure avoids keyboard imprints on the forehead and allows undisturbed breathing through the center opening. The use of transparent material helps the user to startle out of sleep and recognize persons entering the office, even with the pillow sticking on the nose. If this person is irrelevant for the user, the cushion is useful as an airbag for the rebounding head.

What hardware and software were used to design it?
Power Macintosh with FreeHand 5.5 and DraftBoard Professional

How is it intended to be manufactured or produced?
The two sheets of polyurethane foil are welded together in a single process.
